Day #2 / 15th May 2012

Today I took a visit up to Girls High School to repair a problem that the secretaries were encountering. They were unable to get the printer to print via the network configuration.

I learned how to configure DHCP and also static and dynamic IP addresses and also about LIME’s DNS servers and their IP addresses.

After finding out the IP address of one computer, the IP address was then set on the printer and then it was possible to configure the network printer for the office.
