Movie Summary

The crew of The Expendables are pushed back into action after the leader Barney Ross receives what was supposed to be a simple mission from Church. The mission was to go and pick up a package with the help of a liaison. They arrived and got the package after a small amount of struggle, but upon leaving were ambushed by Vilain and his men who killed the new comer expendable Billy The Kid.

After burying Billy, the expendables set out on a catch and kill mission for Vilain and his men. They find out the contents of the package they were sent to retrieve, and learned that it was a map to an underground weapons base which was abandoned during war times which help several hundred pounds of plutonium.

Upon passing through a neighboring village they learn of Vilain’s activities in the region and decide to wait them out until they come back for more persons from the village and kill them. After the crew went into a town, and beat up some more of Vilain’s men to get information on where they were located before going to an abandoned town to spend the night.

The next morning the expendables awake to find themselves surrounded by the same people they were hunting, they manage to make it out with the help of Booker (Chuck Norris) who takes out all of Vilain’s men singlehandedly. They part ways and find Vilain’s hideout but were too late as the plutonium was gone and only the workers which were trapped remained.

The expendables escaped and helped the workers with the help of Trench and Church, they also found out where Vilain was heading and ambushed them resulting in an airport shootout and the expendables getting vengeance.

Review

Not as action packed as the first, which I guess is to be expected with sequels, but still full of killing and blowing up of stuff, which I love.
